Ken Sher is an Executive Coach, Author, and Keynote Speaker. He spent 25-years at Johnson & Johnson in a variety of Sales & Marketing Leadership roles and he led 3 different Sales Training and Leadership Development teams including a global one. Ken finished his corporate career leading Training & Development at Bristol Myers Squibb and he started his coaching practice in 2015.Ken is President of Sher Coaching and he is the author of “What’s TRUST Got To Do With It? Transforming Leadership, Culture and the Job Search”. In his coaching and keynote talks, Ken shares some of the secrets to Johnson &Johnson’s success as well as stories about his experiences as a J & J leader and Executive Coach which led to him developing the TRUST Success Model. This model can transform or enhance the way leaders operate and cultures develop. Ken lives in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania with his wife of 37 years. He has three grown children and 3 grandchildren which is his favorite role.
